cates Main System Cold Reset.
Speaker Output. Passes through SPKR# from
an I/O card.
Ring Indicate Output. Passes through RI_OUT#
from an I/O card.
Interrupt Request Output
5V detect input/General Purpose Input, on GPI
enable. IRQ generation is programmable when
transition occurs.
Basically user can use this input arbitrarily.
This pin shall be connected to the VSI# in the
card slot for use as 5V Detect Input.
