6.15.4 Internal RC Oscillator Mode
The EM78F64x/54xN series MUCs offer a versatile internal RC mode with default
frequency value of 4MHz. The internal RC oscillator mode has other frequencies
(4MHz, 16MHz, 8MHz, & 455kHz), that can be set by CODE OPTION: RCM1 and
RCM0. All these four main frequencies can be calibrated by programming the CODE
OPTION Bits C4~C0. The following table shows a typical drift rate of the calibration.
