MAC4 Switch MII receive bit 3.
Strap option:
PD (default) = Disable Switch MII/RMII full-duplex flow control;
PU = Enable Switch MII/RMII full-duplex flow control.
MAC4 Switch MII receive bit 2.
Strap option:
PD (default) = Switch MII/RMII in full-duplex mode;
PU = Switch MII/RMII in half-duplex mode.
MAC4 Switch MII/RMII receive bit 1.
Strap option:
PD (default) =MAC4 Switch SW4-MII/RMII in 100Mbps mode;
PU = MAC4 Switch SW-5MII/RMII in 10Mbps mode.
MAC4 Switch MII/RMII receive bit 0.
Strap option: LED mode
PD (default) = mode 0;
PU = Mode 1.

have to configure SCONF1 Pin 47 with SCONF0 Pin 48
together.
