The TOFF_DELAY sets the time, in ms, from
when a stop condition is received (CONTROL
signal negated or a valid OPERATION command
received) until the unit stops transferring energy
to the output.

end of the turnoff delay time until the voltage is
commanded to zero. Note that this command can
