1.8V high-frequency oscillator supply; should be connected to VREG_OUT

The EM250 baseband controls TX_ACTIVE and drives it high (1.8V) when in TX mode.

32.768kHz crystal oscillator. This pin should be left open when using external clock on
OSC32A or when using the internal RC Oscillator
