“XP” stands for extra precision register. This read only register captures the peak-to-peak loop voltage. The peak
detector circuit clears this register value when POL:P2PEN[5] address (0X91)is set from 0 to 1 and continuously
updates new peak values when P2PEN[5] is HIGH. The final peak value is held in VLPP2P:LPVP2P address (0X91)
when P2PEN[5] is cleared to LOW until P2PEN[5] is set again. The peak-to-peak loop voltage is measured as (max
positive peak + max negative peak) / 2.
