The following OCTAT-P pins are included in the boundary scan:
CLK2, CLK1, RST, IDS, DU, DD, DCL, FSC, MODE, SSYNC, XTAL1.
Three additional user specific instruction codes control the transmission of continuous
pulses at the line interface LIna,b.
Depending on the pin functionality one or two boundary scan cells are provided.
