0: When the SLEEP instruction is executed in high-speed

Noise Elimination Sampling Frequency Select
Selects the frequency of which the subclock (φ
generated by the subclock oscillator is sampled by the
clock (φ) generated by the system clock oscillator.
0: Sampling using φ/32
1: Setting prohibited
Subclock Oscillator Control
Enables/disables a subclock oscillator. This bit should be
set to 1 when a subclock is not used.
0: Enables subclock oscillator
1: Disables subclock oscillator
Selects whether or not on-chip feedback resistor of the
system clock generator is used when an external clock is
input. Do not access when the crystal resonator is used.
After setting this bit in the external clock input state, enter
software standby mode or watch mode. When software
standby mode or watch mode is entered, this bit switches
whether or not on-chip feedback resistor is used.
