3. For Industrial Temperature range, case temperatures
between 85°C to 95°C require the user to double the
refresh commands in frequency to a 32ms period
(tREFI=3.9µs), and to enter to the self refresh mode at
the extended temperature range with an EMRS command
that changes internal refresh rate.
