Address Bus
These inputs interface with seven bits of
the system’s address bus to select one of
the internal registers for read or write.
Data Bus
Bi-directional three-state data lines which
interface with the system’s data bus. Their
configuration is controlled by the level of
pin WIDTH:
– 8-bit mode (WIDTH = 0): D0 ... D7 are
– 16-bit mode (WIDTH = 1): D0 ... D15
Address Latch Enable
The level at this pin defines the bus
