This instruction multiplies the contents of a 32-bit register (Rd) by the contents of a 32-bit register
(Rs) or 4-bit immediate value and stores the upper 32 bits of the result in the 32-bit register (Rd).
(The lower 32 bits of the result are ignored. The Z or N flag also changes according to the contents
of the upper 32 bits regardless of the contents of the lower 32 bits.) The multiplication is signed.
This instruction is available only when the multiplier is supported.
