On-Board Ethernet Logic

The main purpose for this setup is to allow the use of Ethernet card (NE2000 compatible)
to facilitate network download, refer to chapter 2 for network download command (DN).
The dBUG driver is 100% NE2000 compatible.
The Ethernet Bus interrupt request line is connected via the 2032V PLD to IRQ3.
The on board ROM MONITOR is programmed to allow a user to download files from a
network to memory in different formats. The current compiler formats supported are
S-Record, COFF, ELF, or Image.
