Bit 0-1: If 00b, lock the SmallZone register

modes this field is ignored.
If 01b, lock the key memory
If 10b, lock the configuration memory, excluding the SmallZone
If 11b, then set the ZoneConfig[Zone].ReadOnly byte to ReadOnly
If 0b, suppress the checksum validation (not recommended by Atmel)
