These bits form the 17-bit address for the starting double-word of the LCD image in the
display buffer for the Cursor1 image.
Note that this is a double-word (32-bit) address. An entry of 00000h into these
registers represents the first double-word of display memory, an entry of 00001h
represents the second double-word of the display memory, and so on.
Calculate the Cursor1 Start Address as follows :

These bits will not effective until the Cursor1 Enable bit is set to 1 (REG[C0h] bit 7=1).
Cursor1 Position X Bits [9:0]
This is starting position X of Cursor1 image. The definition of this register is same as
Floating Window Start Position X Register.
