OPTICAL INTERFACE ENABLE REGISTER
The OIER register controls the operation of the optical interface devices on
Port-A. This register is located at address $0E.
OIE0 — Optical Interface pair 0 Enable
OIE1 — Optical Interface pair 1 Enable
OIE2 — Optical Interface pair 2 Enable
OIE3 — Optical Interface pair 3 Enable
VREF[0:2] — Reference Voltage Selection

These 3 bits are used to select the optical interface reference voltage.
reset:
1 = PA0 and PA1 optical interface are enabled.
0 = PA0 and PA1 optical interface are disabled.
1 = PA2 and PA3 optical interface are enabled.
0 = PA2 and PA3 optical interface are disabled.
1 = PA4 and PA5 optical interface are enabled.
0 = PA4 and PA5 optical interface are disabled.
1 = PA6 and PA7 optical interface are enabled.
0 = PA6 and PA7 optical interface are disabled.
