Rate 2/3 Threshold Select
This seven bit parameter defines the threshold used in the node
synchronization process. For rate 2/3, the nominal value is 30 (1EH).
Rate 3/4 Threshold Select
This seven bit parameter defines the threshold used in the node
synchronization process. For rate 3/4, the nominal value is 40 (28H).
Rate 5/6 Threshold Select
This seven bit parameter defines the threshold used in the node
