Dedicated Ports
Beside I/O Port, the rest of the ports are dedicated ports. With the exception of pins that
are shared with P1.5-7, these dedicated ports do not require bit latches as it uses the
’alternate access’.
ANALOG[4:0]: These are pure analog inputs to the ADC module. The signals from the
pin should be rightaway directed to the ADC module. These pins are used as digital
input for the input pins of port 1, interrupts, hall inputs to the CCU6 module and inputs to
the timer 2 module.
