2.4.1 Luminance Edge Correction

This IC has a luminance edge correction function that reduces the luminance band deterioration after 2D decoding
in the input system.
When YECON (SUB:64h-bit[5]) is set to 1, luminance data edge correction operates.
Undershoot or overshoot does not occur as a result of edge correction.
