SEGOUT3 is a special function register (SFR) to set the output value of SEG39 to SEG32. The value written to
SEGOUT3 is readable.
SEG39 to SEG32 can select a general-purpose output port or a segment port by a mask option.
When a general-purpose output port is selected, SEG39 to SEG32 cannot be used as a segment port, and the value of this
register is output to SEG39 to SEG32.
When a segment port is selected, the value of this register is invalid.
