VCO Calibration Override/Done.
When vcocalov = 0 the internal VCO calibration results may be viewed by reading the
vcocal register. When vcocalov = 1 the VCO results may be overridden externally
through the SPI by writing to the vcocal register. Reading this bit gives 1 if the calibration
process has been finished.
