Description
Defines maximum number of non-guaran-
teed cells allowed in the entire buffer for this
traffic class
Defines threshold for EPD/maximum

This 8-bit value determines a global cell filling
level threshold with a granularity of 1024 cells

class service (low watermark)

per scheduler block with a granularity of 64
cells
