These bits are always read as 0. Only the initial
values should be written to these bits.
When not specified for CS4, CS5, CS6, CS7, OE-
A, CKE-A, RAS4, RAS5, WE, or SDRAMφ* output,
setting a PHODR bit to 1 makes the corresponding
pin an NMOS open-drain output pin, while clearing
a PHODR bit to 0 makes the corresponding pin a
CMOS output pin.
