00 = TACH4 (default).
01 = bidirectional THERM.
10 = SMBALERT.
11 = GPIO.
These two bits define the input threshold for 2-wire fan speed measurements (low frequency mode
only).
00 = ±20 mV.
01 = ±40 mV.
10 = ±80 mV.
11 = ±130 mV.
