When chip enter power down mode, user can wakeup chip by some interrupt sources. User
should enable related interrupt sources and NVIC IRQ enable bits (NVIC_ISER) before set
PWR_DOWN_EN bit in PWRCON[7] to ensure chip can enter power down and be wakeup
successfully.
