To parameterize your MegaCore function, follow these steps:

Click Step 1: Parameterize in IP Toolbench .
Choose the memory type.

Choose the memory initialization options.
Choose your memory interface parameters.
Click the Timing tab.
Enter the datapath pipeline options.
Choose the clocking modes.
Turn on the appropriate capture mode—DQS or non-DQS capture
mode. If you turn off Enable DQS mode (non-DQS capture mode),
you can turn on Use migratable bytegroups.
Click the Project Settings tab.

Choose the memory device.
Enter the clock speed.
Choose the interface voltage.
Choose the data bus width.
Choose the DQ per DQS (CIO devices), or the Q per DQS (SIO
devices).

You can add your own memory devices to this list by
editing the memory_types.dat file in the \constraints
directory.
