Installing Standoffs for Bench-top Operation
The Stratix PCI development board is initially configured for installation
in a conventional PCI slot. Six standoffs and four screws are included to
install on the board for bench-top operation

Insert the small 12-pin connector of the external power supply
adapter cable into J18.
Insert the 20-pin connector into a standard ATX PC power supply.
On the board settings dip switch bank (S1), set the switch at
