Factory Configuration
The user LEDs blink and the CONF DONE LED illuminates when the
factory-programmed design is loaded into the Stratix device.

converters that reduce 5.0-V PCI backplane signals to allowable

Create a HEX (.hex) file for your design.

Select the user configuration using the board settings dip switch
bank.
Force the device to configure by pressing the system reset
pushbutton (PB3).
