When the Idle mode is selected (see Section 6.2.29) the frame frequency is determined from division factor DF8. In the
Idle mode the PCF8833 works in 8-colour mode and therefore a lower frame frequency can be chosen which will be the
same over the whole temperature range. Calculation of the frame frequency and determining the division factor is the
same as explained in Section 6.2.41.
When Partial mode is selected (see Sections 6.2.10 and 6.2.23) the same frame frequency will be used as for the full
Display mode in Idle mode.
