The MC68HC05P1A has 12 mask options. The default state of these
mask options and their alternate states are:
The following paragraphs describe the functionality of each pin on the
MC68HC05P1A package. The device also is available with an alternate
pinout where V
emissions. This also improves the ability to decouple V
which may provide some benefit for conducted RF emissions as well.
The pinouts are shown in

fall times place very high short-duration current demands on the power

as possible. Bypassing requirements vary, depending on how heavily
the MCU pins are loaded.
