2. AD1836/ADSP21161 EXT-TDM Digital Serial Interface Protocol
The Extended TDM Mode protocol described in the AD1836 data sheet provides for a 8x32bit timeslots-bit time slot.
The Extended TDM protocol for the 21161 EZ-KIT Lite makes use of 1 auxiliary input device - the CS8414 SP/DIF receiver,
and 1 auxiliary output device - the AD1852 DAC. See fig x for a functional block diagram of the EZ-KIT Lite audio interface.
