Hardware Maximum Physical Link Rate
This field is read-only.
Phy Change Count
This read-only field indicates the number of times that the
STP Target has requested a BROADCAST(CHANGE) to
the broadcast processor. This counter wraps to 0x00
when it reaches the maximum value of 0xFF.
