BIOS Functional Specification

1. BIOS mode set 13h.
2. BIOS DAC support.
On an attempt to set mode 13h, the BIOS will fail to set the mode and remain in the current mode.
Writes to the RAMDAC will be processed as though the RAMDAC actually existed. All BIOS functions on
reads will read BUS value when appropriate.
