ADC Start/Busy
Writing to 0 has no effect.
Reading a 0 indicates that the ADC is available to begin a conversion.
Writing to 1 starts a conversion.
Reading a 1 indicates that a conversion is currently in progress.
Reserved—Must Be 0.

Internal reference voltage is disabled allowing an external reference voltage to be
used by the ADC.
