The SDU8106B0E DIP switch inputs are mapped directly from the SPC8106 configuration inputs
MD0 - MD4,
MD6 - MD12, and MD14 - MD15. Configuration inputs MD5 and MD13 are not selectable and are
set to a logic low on power-up. MD5 selects a standard ISA bus interface, and MD13 enables
CRT sprite capabilities.
Two DIP switches, SW1-6 and SW2-6, are used for board logic, as described below.
