These registers work in conjunction with the GLIU_STATISTIC_MASK[x] and the GLIU_STATISTIC_ACTION[x] registers.
The counters count ‘hits’ on the P2D and IOD descriptors. The counter behaves as setup in the
GLIU_STATISTIC_ACTION[x] register.
