Warm reset - when the 40 MHz external crystal is already in steady state.
Cold reset - when the 40 MHz external crystal is not yet in steady state.
The strap inputs are: CDB0/BOOT, CDB1/DBG, CDB2/ROM, CDB4/URST and CDB12/SEIBDIS.
When a strap is not driven externally, it is driven internally by an internal pull-down.
If a fixed external pull-up is applied on a strap, a pull-up resistor of 5 kΩ is required.
