These bits always return the value of 0 when read.
These six bits provide the six most significant bits of a 22-bit value that specifies the offset
from the beginning of the frame buffer memory space where the 4KB cursor data space for
cursor 1 is to be located. The four next most-significant bits of this 22-bit value are supplied
by the Cursor 1 Base Address Low Register (XRA2).
This register provides the eight least significant magnitude bits of a signed 12-bit value that
specifies the horizontal position of cursor 1. The three most significant magnitude bits and
the sign bit of this value are provided by bits 2-0 and bit 7, respectively, of the Cursor 1 X-
Position High Register (XRA5).
