In FP mode, this parameter is counted using a counter which is clocked with the FP dot
clock divided by 8 in all modes and is independent of horizontal compensation. This
parameter signifies the end of CRT HSync when not in CRT mode (FR01 bit 0 is set to 0).
Only the 5 least significant bits are programmed.
In FP mode, this parameter is counted using a counter which is clocked with the FP dot
clock divided by 8 in all modes and is independent of horizontal compensation. This
parameter signifies the end of FP Horizontal Blank time and the start of FP Horizontal
Display Enable relative to the start of the previous FP Horizontal Display Enable, i.e., the
total size from one Horizontal Enable to the next. The most significant bits are programmed
in FR26 bits 3-0.
