Return Material Authorization
This chapter provides information about returning a product for repair or replacement.
Returning a Defective Product (RMA)
Before returning any product, contact an Intel Customer Support Group to obtain either
a Direct Return Authorization (DRA) or Return Material Authorization (RMA). Return
Material Authorizations are only available for products purchased within 30 days.
Return contact information by geography is given in the following subsections.
If the Customer Support Group verifies that the product is defective, they will have the
Direct Return Authorization/Return Material Authorization Department issue you a DRA/
RMA number to place on the outer package of the product. Intel cannot accept any
product without a DRA/RMA number on the package.
