7), the interrupt summary bit, is also affected by
the new interrupt flags Excessive Deferral Interrupt
(EXDINT), Magic Packet Interrupt (MPINT) Sleep
Interrupt (SLPINT), System Interrupt (SINT) and
User Interrupt (UINT).
