22.8.2 DS3 Basic Cross Connect
The DS3 basic cross connect interconnects DS3 signals between the DS3 dedicated external I/O pins, the SPE
mapper, and the M13 by programming bits XC3_SOURCE_ID in register XC3_MDS3_SRC
