This read-only field provides bits [31:0] of the affiliated
STP initiator address.
Programmed Minimum Physical Link Rate
This field programs the minimum physical link rate. The
default value for this field is 0b1000, which indicates a
minimum physical link rate of 1.5 Gbits/s.
