the Broadcast Change registers. If the attached address of a link
matches the address written the Broadcast Change registers, no
broadcast primitive is transmitted on that link.
Writes to the Broadcast SES Low register cause the associated link to
transmit the broadcast type. To generate a broadcast primitive, write the
attached address of the phy that originates a broadcast request to the
Broadcast SES registers. If the attached address of a link matches the
address written the Broadcast SES registers, no broadcast primitive is
transmitted on that link.
