Description
Initial zoom for 1st pixel in line (unsigned, LSB = 2

HSP_MULTIPLY.
Warning: A value range overflow caused by an improper
quantization shift can not be compensated later by multiplying with a
HSP_MULTIPLY value below 0.5!
