Each Connection Context Memory record contains 3 counters which record the number of Lost
Sequence Number events, Unexpected Sequence Number events and Frame Relay datagrams
received with the DE bit set. The 13-bit counters saturate upon reaching 1FFF hex and are reset
by toggling the CC_CNT_INTVL register bit. For example, if the CC_CNT_INTVL register bit
is zero and the counters saturate, they will remain saturated until CC_CNT_INTVL is set to one.

These bits must be set to 0 for correct operation.
Resequencing Active.
1 – Active
0 - Inactive
This bit must be set to 0 for correct operation.
Count interval flag. This bit is compared with the
CC_CNT_INTVL register bit to determine whether
LSNE_CNT, USNE_ CNT and DE_CNT should be
reset to zero.
Saturating count of Frame Relay datagrams received
with DE bit set.
Saturating count of Unexpected Sequence Number
events.
Saturating count of Lost Sequence Number event
Interrupts (LSNEI)s.
Lost Timeout Period.
The resolution of LOST_CNT is 10ms, so the actual
timeout may be up to 10 ms later than the minimum
values specified in the table below. When set to zero,
lost declaration is turned off and no lost events are
created.

NOTE:
1. The timeout period should be chosen carefully to
avoid sequence number wraparound when waiting
for fragments that have become lost due to
transmission errors. Bundle size, fragment size,
serialization time, and differential delay are some of
the factors to consider.
2. Setting LOST_CNT to 0 is not recommended.
Setting LOST_CNT to 1 is only recommended as
part of the CI tear down procedure.
This bit must be set to 1 for correct operation.
