Function
The VDD1V8 pins should be connected to a well decoupled
+1.8 V DC supply. These power pins provide DC current to the
digital core.
The VSS pins should be connected to ground. They provide a
ground reference for the 3.3 V rail and a ground reference for
the 1.8 V rail.
