CHyH and CHyL—Multi-Channel Timer Channel-y High and Low Bytes. 
During a compare operation, these two bytes, {CHyH[7:0], CHyL[7:0]}, form a 16-bit
value that is compared to the current 16-bit timer count. When a match occurs, the 
Channel Output changes state. The Channel Output value is set by the TPOL bit in the
Channel-y Control subregister.
During a capture operation, the current Timer Count is recorded in these two bytes when
the desired Channel Input transition occurs.
