The IBM Processor for Network Resources
(IBM3206K0424) is an Asynchronous Transfer
Mode (ATM) support device. It is an interface and
translator between a Peripheral Component Inter-
connect (PCI) bus and an ATM Utopia or similar
interface to an ATM PHY. The IBM3206K0424 has
