These bits contain the address of the 32-byte line of memory contained in the cache line.
In an attempt to provide the fastest possible access to data in memory, the 8 byte word in memory that contains the
requested read data is accessed first and all other entries in the cache line are filled by wrapping back to the beginning
of the cache line if required. These two bits contain the starting address for the modulo read fill operation. They will
also contain the least significant address bits when a cache line is initially written to.
Will always be returned as ‘0’.
