Reading this register provides feedback to the user on the current state of segmentation processor 2. Writing
the appropriate bits in this register causes processor 2 to begin executing at a new location specified in the
data that was written.

Writing a ’1’ to this bit will cause the instruction pointer (IP) for processor 2 to be loaded with the data in bits 8-0. This bit
will immediately be set back to a ’1’ after the IP load completes.
Writing a ’0’ to this bit will halt processor 2; writing a ’1’ will make the processor fetch and execute instructions.
Setting this bit to a ’1’ will reset processor 2.

When written, these nine bits contain the new IP for processor 2. When read, these bits reflect the current IP for proces-
sor 2.
